Built for realtors
Social media for real estate agents,
made from your listing photos
Every listing you take already holds a week of content. AI HomeDesign turns those photos into an Instagram carousel, a Reel cover, a Story and a print flyer — captions, hashtags and your branding included — so real estate social media marketing stops being the thing you do at 11pm.
- No design skills needed
- MLS-ready photos
- From $0.24 a photo
Instagram carousel maker
One listing in. A ten-slide carousel out.
Carousels are the format that rewards a listing: every room gets its own slide and every swipe is another second on your post. Pick one of the three listings below and watch the same photos get re-cut for a different announcement and a different brand kit.
Written from the listing’s own facts — price, beds, baths, square footage and city — so no two captions read the same. Edit anything before you post.
This is a preview of finished output. To build one from your own listing, open the Lab — upload the photos, pick the announcement, and download the set. Open the Lab →
Real estate social media posts
A post is only as good as the photo under it
The reason most realtor feeds underperform is not the caption. It is an empty room, a flat grey sky, or a lawn that went brown in July. Drag any handle — these are real AI HomeDesign edits, before and after.
Every format realtors post
The same listing, sized for wherever it has to go
One upload produces the whole set. Square and 4:5 for the feed, 9:16 for Reels and Stories, and a print-ready flyer for the open house table.
How the AI social media post generator works
Four steps, and none of them is opening Canva
-
Upload the listing photos
Straight from the shoot, the MLS export, or your phone. Ten to twenty photos is plenty for a full carousel.
-
Fix the rooms first
Virtual staging fills empty rooms, day-to-dusk rescues a flat sky, item removal clears the clutter, and enhancement sets the white balance.
-
Pick the announcement
Just listed, open house, price improved or just sold. The badge, the slide order and the caption all change with it.
-
Download and post
Carousel, Reel cover, Story and flyer come down as one set, already sized, with the caption and hashtags copied alongside.
Your branding, not ours
Logo, colours, phone number and brokerage line are saved once and stamped on every slide after that.
Whole listings at once
Bulk upload a folder and get a carousel per listing back — useful when you are carrying eight active listings and none of them has been posted.
MLS-safe by default
Every staged photo is labelled as virtually staged, so the same image is safe on the feed and in the listing.

Questions realtors ask
Before you upload the first listing
What is the best social media platform for real estate agents?
Instagram and Facebook still carry the listing itself — a carousel gets a full property in front of people who already follow you, and Facebook groups reach the local buyers who are not on Instagram. Put the same carousel on both, cut a 9:16 version for Reels and Stories, and keep your Google Business Profile fed with the exteriors. AI HomeDesign exports all of those sizes from one upload.
How many slides should a real estate carousel have?
Eight to ten. Slide one is the exterior or the best room with the price on it, the middle slides walk the house room by room in the order a buyer would actually see it, and the last slide is the call to action with your contact details. Anything past ten and the swipe-through rate falls off.
Can I use virtually staged photos in a social media post and on the MLS?
Yes, provided the image is disclosed as virtually staged. Most MLSs and the NAR Code of Ethics require the disclosure to be visible on the image or in the listing remarks. AI HomeDesign adds the label to staged output by default, so the same file works in the post and in the listing.
Do I need a designer or a social media manager for this?
No. The brand kit — your logo, colours, phone number and brokerage line — is set up once, and every carousel, Story and flyer after that comes out already branded. Agents who were paying a contractor for post design usually keep them for strategy and stop paying for production.
How much does it cost?
Plans start at $19 a month and come down to $0.24 per photo at volume. One credit covers a photo and the edits you make to it, unused photos roll over, and there is a 7-day money-back guarantee. You can make your first posts free before you pick a plan. See the full pricing.
What if my listing photos are bad to begin with?
That is the usual case, and it is what the photo tools are for. Empty rooms get virtually staged, a washed-out sky gets a day-to-dusk pass, clutter and personal items come out with item removal, and enhancement handles exposure and white balance. Fix the photo first, then build the post from it.
Can I schedule the posts from AI HomeDesign?
Not yet — AI HomeDesign produces the assets and the copy, and you post or schedule them wherever you already do, whether that is Meta Business Suite, Later or Buffer. The caption and hashtags are on a copy button so it is a paste, not a retype.
